Your first session is completely free. It serves as a trial session and includes a general introduction, technical check, and a platform tour. After this session, you can decide whether or not to continue with lessons.
All lessons are conducted on a session basis, not by weeks or months. Each session is tracked individually in your dashboard, allowing you to follow your learning journey with clarity.
Please ensure you have stable internet, good audio quality (microphone and speakers), and a distraction-free environment. Lessons are held on Google Meet — having a Google account is required.
Payments must be made before the start of your lessons. After your first paid session, an official invoice will be sent to your email and added to your dashboard. All invoices (paid or pending) are available for you to review anytime in your dashboard.
Payments are accepted internationally via the following methods: Western Union, direct bank transfer (+$10 fee), Ria, or MoneyGram.
Your dashboard is regularly updated after each session. You’ll find your attendance record, remaining session count, and access to all invoices. Additionally, key highlights and corrections are shared in a Google Docs file linked through your dashboard.
After every lesson, you will receive detailed notes and corrections via Google Docs, which will be continuously updated and accessible from your dashboard. A Google account is necessary to view these documents.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson, you may postpone it without penalty up to two times. Beyond these two occasions, missed or postponed sessions will be deducted from your package.
Refunds are not available for completed lessons. For unused prepaid sessions, refunds can be requested in writing and are subject to review and approval. Please contact learnwithayhem@gmail.com for refund inquiries.
